This course is designed for young school leavers and graduates who wished to have a career in cabin crew/air hostess operation.
Under this course, student will be introduces to the aviation world whereby an aircraft fly successfully from point of embarkation to disembarkation, announcing flight information, safety measures and other relevant matters or attending to requests of passengers on board of the flight, they’re required by the regulatory authorities to conduct passenger’s briefing and safety demonstration. This however must be in a clear and understandable tone.
Customer Regulatory Manager, modules trains students on how to deal with different types of customers and enhanced their communication and interpersonal skills, be able to take good care of passenger on their Aircraft from the time they embark and to the time they disembark the aircraft.
As safety precaution for takeoff and landing all carry on articles must be placed completely under the passenger’s seat, ensuring all safety and emergency equipments are up to the required standards in quantity and quality.

In order to attend to the injured or sick passenger, elementary knowledge of First Aid is an essential and mandatory requirement. Trained Medical Personnel will impart this training in how to deal with medical emergencies during flight
The mandatory part of the training where you will learn to swim in order to save yourself as well as the lives of the passengers
Part of the practical training where you will be trained in all the functions that you would be required to perform in actual daily routine on a flight including preparing for landing & taking off, safety features & equipment, handling emergencies.
COURSE STRUCTURE:

CERTIFICATION
Upon Successful completion of training and students passed all the corresponding examinations, Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority NCAA will examine successful candidate and issue license to operate as a professional.
